Hua Cheng's product, built-in transformer, is a grid-connected inverter with a capacity of about 2.5MW.

About system cleaning (once every 1 year (depending on the amount of dust used in the environment)):
Check the board and components for cleaning; check the heat sink temperature and dust, if necessary, the dust of the use environment
Module for dust cleaning
Clean or replace the air filter
Specific steps and maintenance intervals for maintenance projects:
Power circuit (checked half a year after the first commissioning, every half to one year thereafter):
Check if the cable connection is loose and tighten it again according to the torque required by the connection in the manual;
Check the cable for damage, especially if the skin that is in contact with the metal surface has a cut mark;
Check if the green strap of the terminal block is off.
Terminal, cable connection (every 1 year):
Check if the control terminal screws are loose and tighten with a screwdriver.
Check the main circuit terminals for poor contact
Is there any trace of overheating at the screw?
Cooling fan maintenance and replacement (every 1 year)
Check the fan blades for cracks;
Observe whether there is abnormal vibration when the fan is running
If the fan has abnormal conditions, it should be replaced in time
