control, sound and light alarm
Pay attention to the wiring of the off-grid inverter:
(1) The panel switches are all in the “off” state, check if the load is short-circuited.
(2) Do not make the wiring order of the DC input connected to the terminal block, pay attention to the positive and negative polarity.
(3) It is absolutely forbidden to connect the DC input power supply to the inverter output terminal, and prohibit the output circuit from being short-circuited or grounded.
The connection between the battery and the inverter should be as short as possible, otherwise the harmonic leakage current from the cable will adversely affect the inverter and system equipment.
(4) The grounding terminal of the system must be grounded and the length of the grounding wire should be as short as possible. And do not make the system welding machine, motor and other high current equipment common grounding. Ensure that all grounding wires of the system are laid separately from the wires of high current electrical equipment.
Connect the battery and DC input terminals with 25mm2 wires, connect the mains and AC input terminals with 15mm2, connect the AC output and load terminals, and ensure that the ground terminal is connected to the ground.
